Pack Meeting Awards

Every month there is a full Pack meeting of all the Dens, and the Cub Master gives out awards earned the previous month.

Cub Master Janet explains the awards being given.

Sean's just a little over proud...

Each scout gets to tell about their accomplishments.

The scout handshake...

...and to the Den Leader.

That's a lot of awards!

Tree Pickup & Recycling

Sean's Cub Scout Pack did a service project/fundraiser where they went around and picked up Christmas trees in a local neighborhood. It took several hours, but they took over a hundred trees to the chipper and raised a lot of money for summer camp!

Man those trees can be heavy!

We were able to get quite a few trees in the trailer.

This was a nice tree.

And then there was unloading...

What's that?

Occasionally, there's a small one...

We can get this...

Got it!

A little breakfast

Just a little breakfast pic...

New Year's Day

New Year's Day started out with our friends visiting us at home.

Here's Stephen with a couple of my Mickey's...

Later that evening, we went to the SIB's holiday party.

The highlight is the "White Elephant" gift exchange.

I'm not sure Nancy knows what that is...
